How to Apply :
Application Form cum Information Brochure can be obtained
from Axis Bank in their branches in north eastern states and also from
Main branch located at North Bengal, Kolkata, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Lucknow
and New Delhi @ Rs. 750/ for Gen/OBC and Rs. 400/- for SC/ST/PH per form.
Alternatively forms may also be obtained from the Directorate of Higher/Technical
Education of all N.E. states between same period and at the same cost
as stated above.
Reservation: 80% seats @ 10% each to
eight N.E. states; 10% seats to All India other than N.E. Region; 7% seats
on merit basis for PRC from N.E. states and 3% seats for PH with 40-75%
loco motor disability.
Note :
Forms not properly filled in or received late shall be rejected; Only
OMR form is acceptable which is available with the aforesaid branches/offices.
