Admission to various programmes/ courses of the University will be made through
online admission process. Before filling up/ submitting the Online Application
Form, the candidates are advised to read carefully, the instructions/ provisions
given in the University Prospectus 2021-22 uploaded on the website of the University:

Applications are invited for online admission to the following programmes :
M.Tech. Programmes
Admission to all M.Tech. programmes will be made on the basis of merit of Valid
GATE Scores of applicants.
- M.Tech. Environmental Science & Engineering-4 semester
M.Sc. Environmental Sciences or M.Sc. Industrial Chemistry/ Chemistry or M.Sc.
Applied Physics/ Physics, All Life Sciences or B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent
degree in Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Agricultural Engineering/
Biomedical Engineering/ Biotechnology with at least 55% marks (52.25% for
SC candidates of Haryana).
- M.Tech. Printing Technology-4 semester
B.E./ B.Tech. degree in Printing Technology/ Packaging Technology, B.Tech.

The course would run in a modular form with the provision to award Post-Graduate
Diploma in Geo-Informatics on successful completion of one year study and
M.Tech. in Geo-Informatics on successful completion of two years study.
- M.Tech. Computer Science & Engineering-4 Semesters
B.E./ B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science
& Engineering/ Computer Technology/ IT with at least 55% marks (52.25%
for SC candidates of Haryana).

MCA or M.Sc. (CS/ IT/ Software) with at least 55% marks (52.25% for SC candidates
of Haryana) with Mathematics at 10+2 level.

Engineering with at least 55% marks(52.25% for SC candidates of Haryana).
M.Pharm. Programmes
- M.Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)

Eligibility - Bachelor of Pharmacy with atleast 55% marks (52.25% for SC candidates
of Haryana)..
Admission to all M.Pharm. programmes will be made on the basis of merit of valid
GPAT score. When sufficient GPAT qualified candidates are not available, admission
may be given to non-GPAT candidates on the basis of merit of entrance test score.
Duration - 4 Semesters
M.Sc. Programmes:
Admission to various M.Sc. programmes run by the University Teaching Departments
will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test to be conducted by
the University subject to fulfilling of other conditions given in the University
Prospectus.
- M.Sc. (Mass Communication) - 4 Semesters
Graduate in any discipline with atleast 50% marks (pass marks for SC Candidates
of Haryana).
- M. Sc. (Environmental Sciences) -4 semester
B.Sc./B.Sc.(Hons.) or its equivalent with atleast 50% marks in aggregate (pass
marks for SC candidates of Haryana)
- M.Sc. (Biotechnology) -4 Semesters
- M.Sc. (Microbiology) -4 Semesters

for SC candidates of Haryana)
MBA, MBA Part-Time (Evening) & M.Com. Programmes
- Master of Business Administration (M.BA)

Graduation in any stream with 50% marks (47.5% in case of SC candidates of
Haryana) from recognized university.
Admission to above MBA Programmes will be made on the basis of merit of CAT
score 2016 with minimum cut-off 40 percentile for all categories except SC candidates
of Haryana where relaxation of 5% of 40 is allowed (i.e. 38 percentile in case
of SC candidates of Haryana). If the seats still remain vacant, the same will
be filled on the basis of the merit of entrance test conducted by the University
as per the admission criteria.
Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.Th.) Programmes
- Master of Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Disorders)-4 semesters
- Master of Physiotherapy (Sports Physiotherapy)-4 semesters
- Master of Physiotherapy (Neurological Disorders) -4 Semesters
- Master of Physiotherapy (Cardiothoracic & Pulmonary Disorders) -4 Semesters
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (four and half years course) with at least 50% marks
(47.5% for SC candidates of Haryana) from GJUS&T, Hisar or examination recognized
as equivalent thereto by GJUS&T, Hisar and should have also completed their
Six Months Compulsory Internship from a recognized Institution/ Hospital.
How to Apply:
The candidates are required to apply Online by logging on to www.gjust.ac.in.
Candidates are neither required to send any certificates/ documents in support
of their eligibility nor printout of their Application Form (confirmation page)
to University. In the event of any ineligibility being detected by the University
at any stage, their candidature will be cancelled and they shall be liable for
legal action.
Candidates need to fill online application form by logging on the official
website of GJUS&T i.e. www.gjust.ac.in.
Admit Card
The Admit Card will be downloaded by the candidates from the University website
www.gjust.ac.in and follow the instructions given therein. The Admit Card will
not be sent by post separately by the department concerned.
The students admitted through Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES),
Panchkula will also submit Online Application Form alongwith a Registration
Fee of Rs. 200/- for General Category and Rs. 50/- for reserved categories after
getting admission. Schedule in this regard will be displayed on the university
website separately with prescribed registration fee.
Selection
The selection of a candidate for admission to a programme / course will be
based on merit list drawn on the basis of score in the Entrance Test plus Sports
weightage, if any, subject to fulfilling other conditions as given in the Prospectus.
However, for admission to M.Tech. & M.Pharm. programmes, candidate(s) with
valid GATE/ GPAT score and for Admission to MBA Programmes, candidate with CAT
Score 2016 with minimum cut off 40 percentile for all categories except SC candidates
of Haryana where relaxation of 5% is allowed (38 percentile in case of SC candidates
of Haryana) will not be required to appear in the Entrance Test conducted by
the University, but they are required to apply Online by logging on the University
website.
