conducted through correspondence has been designed for meeting the growing
needs of experts in the field of human rights. The admissions notification
for the two years Post Graduate Diploma Programme in Human Rights is
published twice a year for the course which commence during months of
July and December sessions for all such persons who have successfully
obtained their Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent qualification
in any discipline.
