Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to the following PostGraduate Degree Courses/ P.G.Diploma/ Diploma/ Certificate Courses under Scheme-A and Scheme-B with different fee structures as detailed in www.unimysore.ac.in offered at (i) Manasagangotri, Mysore, (ii) P.G.Centre Tubinakere, Mandya, (iii) Hemagangotri , Hassan, (iv) Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Post Graduate Centre, Chamarajanagar, Constituent Colleges and Government / Private Affiliated / Autonomous Colleges for the academic year 2021-22.
Entrance Examination is Compulsory for all Post Graduate Degree courses for all candidates except for Foreign Nationals. Candidates have to apply and appear for entrance examinations separately for each course. However, there shall be a single common entrance examination for the following groups of courses.
Group 1 : Zoology, Applied Zoology, Botany, Bio-Technology, MicroBiology, Genetics, Sericulture and Seri Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Molecular Biology.
Group 2 : Ambedkar Studies,Co-operative Management, Development Studies, South Indian Studies, Linguistics, International Relations, Philosophy, Comparative Literature and Translation Studies, Folklore, Jainology & Prakrit, West Asian Studies, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Women’s Studies, Rural Development, Master of Lib & Inf. Sc. (M.L.I.Sc),
Group 3 : M.Com & M.Com (Financial Services).
For the remaining courses not included in the above groups, candidates have to appear for separate Entrance Examination. The candidates who seek admission for M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Tech. (CCT) and M.Tech. (CST) are advised to contact Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA).

HOW TO APPLY
Candidates applying for the Various PG courses in (1) Arts (2) Science & Technology (3) Commerce & Management (4) Education and (5) Law at University of Mysore (UoM) are required to apply for the Post Graduate Entrance Examination - 2021 through the UoM website: http://www.uni-mysore.ac.in. No other Means/Mode of application will be accepted.
Before proceeding to filling up the Online Application, the candidates should have scanned image in JPEG format of their (a) Photograph (b) Signature & (c) Disability Certificate (if applicable) in CD/DVD/Pen drive as per their convenience. These documents will be required for uploading and submission of your Online Application.
A valid E-mail and Mobile Number is mandatory for the registration of your Online Application. This EMail and Mobile number should be kept active till the declaration of results. UoM will send important information and communication with regard to your application and examination on this registered E-Mail/Mobile number, only.
Please note that after the final submission all the particulars mentioned in the online application including Name of the Candidate, Courses/Subject(s) Applied, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Email ID etc. will be considered as Final and NO further modifications will be allowed/entertained.
After successful registration you will receive your unique PGEE ID and Password on your registered Email and/or Mobile Number which should be used by you to complete your Online Application. Subsequent to receipt of your PGEE ID and Password, you will not be able to edit the Name, Email Id and Mobile Number in the Online Application. Candidates are hence requested to fill in the online application form with the utmost care as no correspondence regarding change of details will be entertained.
