Admission to Postgraduate Certificate Programme in Banking and Financial Services (PGPBFS)

The one year Post Graduate Programme is tailor made to meet the requirements for qualified and dynamic people who can seamlessly adapt to the fast changing business environment in the financial services industry. The participants in this programme would be introduced to the concepts and theories relevant to appreciate the functioning of the different segments of the financial services business. Emphasis would be on the applications of the theoretical constructs in real life business situation through case studies, group work, presentations, role play, assignments, industry visits, project work and internship. The one year program in New Delhi is being offered by Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) in collaboration with Alethia Education Services, New Delhi.

Eligibility A three-year Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as eligible for post- graduate studies in management CAT/MAT/XAT Scores GD & Personal interviews (Interview locations: Delhi, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Patna, Bhubaneswar, Kolkatta) Course Duration: 1 Year Class Schedule:    Friday, Saturday & Sunday: From 09.00 a.m.-6.00 p.m. Monday- Thursday: Internships at BFS Companies Class Venue: New Delhi Programme Fees :  Rs.2, 25,000/- + Service Tax On Campus Visit : The participants shall be required to come to XIMB campus at Bhubaneswar for a period of 5 days. During the period of their stay, the participants need to attend intensive classroom and group learning sessions. This is a mandatory component for the successful completion of the course.
