Student Handbook & Prospectus  can be obtained from the Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi- 110068 and from all the IGNOU Regional Centers by paying the requisite amount at the respective sale counters or by sending a DD / IPO of the requisite amount in favour of 'IGNOU Payable at New Delhi /city of the concerned Regional Centre'.  The candidates should write their name and address on the back of the DD/IPO.
