Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years’ Supervisory/ Managerial/ Professional experience or Degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Medicine/ Architecture/ Law, etc. 
OR
Professional Qualifications in Accountancy/ Cost & Works Accountancy/ Company Secretary ship etc.
OR
Master’s Degree in any subject informed the Regional Director.

Non-Graduates with 6 years’ Supervisory/ Managerial/ Professional experience are eligible to apply for Diploma in Management (DIM) only. The Candidates who have completed 10+2 or its equivalent qualification will be treated as Non-Graduates.
