Information Bulletin and Application Form directly :
The announcement for All India Pre-medical Examination comes in
October- November and tests are conducted in March or April.
The Information Bulletin containing Application Form can be had against
cash payment of a requisite amount from the designated branches of the
Canara/Syndicate Banks and Regional Offices of the Board located at Guwahati,
Ajmer, Allahabad, Chandigarh and Chennai.

Information Bulletin and Application Form by post
:
The Information Bulletin and Application Form can also be obtained by
Speed Post/Registered Post by sending a written request with a Bank Draft/Demand
Draft for a requisite amount payable to "The Secretary, Central Board
of Secondary Education, Delhi" along with a Self Addressed Envelope
of size 12” x 10”. Candidates can request for information
bulletin through post at the following address before the last date of
submission.

The request should be super scribed as 'Request for Information Bulletin
and Application Form for AIPMT'.
Important : Candidates must obtain Application
Forms from the designated branches of Canara Bank and Regional Offices
of CBSE only in cash. Application Form obtained from an unauthorized source
will be rejected. Completed Application Form is to be dispatched
by Registered Post/Speed Post only. Applications received after the
last date of submission OR by Private Courier Services or any other means
will not be accepted irrespective of the date of booking
