Only one application need be submitted for the entrance examinations for admission to one or more Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, B. Pharm, Engineering and Architecture courses. 

Availability of Applications : The application form and Prospectus will be sold through selected Canara Bank branches in Kerala and outside the State. Application Forms will not be available by post or sold from the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. 

Candidates not claiming any reservation/belonging to the Non Keralite Category-II can apply in the prescribed format by downloading the application from the website cee-kerala.org. Such candidates should send the filled-in application along with a Demand Draft of the requisite amount, drawn on any Nationalised Bank, in favour of the ‘Commissioner for Entrance Examinations’, payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

Application Procedure : SC/ST candidates should apply in pink-coloured application forms and all other candidates should apply in the General application form. Candidates under ‘Other Eligible Communities (OEC)’ should apply in the General application form. Only one application need to be submitted for the entrance examinations for admission to one or more of  Medical, Agriculture, Veterinary, B.Pharm, Engineering and Architecture courses. 

At the time of purchase of the application form, applicants will also be supplied with an OMR data sheet, Prospectus and an envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for entrance Examinations. Candidates should ensure that the Application number printed in the Application Form, OMR Data Sheet and on the cover are the same.

The filled in Application Form along with the OMR Data Sheet  and other relevant documents to be submitted with the Application form is to be sent in the printed envelope bearing the address of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations supplied along with the application form, by Hand Delivery / Registered Post/ Speed Post and should reach there before the prescribed last date. Candidates are advised to apply well in advance. Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations .

Belated applications will be rejected. Candidates will not be allowed to include any information in the application form or to submit any Certificates/Documents claiming reservation or any other benefits, after the submission of the application, under any circumstances. Incomplete or defective applications will be summarily rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard. Completed Applications will be received in the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations on holidays also.
