Floriculture : Remuneration
Salaries depend on the nature of work one is involved in. While gardeners
and labourers may get paid anything between Rs2000 to Rs 3000 per
month, Freelance workers, designers and consultants may negotiate
their pay packets depending on the place and nature of work. As this
industry depends on lifestyle and purchasing power of the public in general,
and on the availability of raw materials and finished products remunerations
and profits may vary.
Researchers and academicians are paid as per the government norms.
