IAF Air Man : Eligibility - Graduate
Graduates have opportunities to join as an Education Instructor in Combatant
Group 'X' under the Non-technical trades. After clearing the initial selection
procedure, One has to go through a rigorous training regimen at one of
the training institutes. Thereafter, you are inducted and posted as a
Sergeant (SGT) at any of the Air Force Stations.
As an education instructor one is responsible for conducting classes
and examinations and also undertaking maintenance and administration of
libraries, information rooms and schools.
Eligibility criteria for Education Instructor :
• Age - 20-25
years (at the time of enrollment)
• Marital Status
- Single
• Nationality
- Indian
• Gender - Applicable
only to men.

Qualification -Should be a graduate in any of the following courses:
B.A. (Honours) or a B.Sc. (Honours), B.A. / B.Sc. with one-year teaching
experience in a recognized educational institution, B.A. / B.Sc. with
a teaching degree or diploma.
Depending on your suitability and inclination, one has an opportunity
to grow in the ranking, to specialized areas or get commissioned as an
officer in the Air Force.
