Remuneration of HR professional varies depending on the organisation,
economic activity, geographic location and profitability. Experienced
Human Resource Managers are offered Rs. 10000 to 30000 per month especially
in private organizations. Candidates from good B-Schools can earn around
Rupees three lakh to five lakh annually. The remuneration will shoot up
depending on one’s skill, qualification and experience etc. For a senior
level post, an MBA graduate will be offered Rs 50,000 to 60,000 per month.
The consultancies also pay well for the HR executives and managers.
