Work of an event manager involves conceptualising an occasion keeping

the event, coordinating with different agencies to organise the event,
seeking permission from various government authorities, visualising the
stage design, arranging performers and media promoters for the event etc.
They have to look into each and every minute detail, set goals and meet
deadlines to make the event a spectacle.
