Young Engineering Fellowship Programme : Introduction
Indian Institute of Science IISc, Bangalore was founded in 1909
and is today a top ranking Institution devoted to post graduate education
and research in all branches of Science and Engineering.
It has more than 40 departments, nearly 500 faculty and 2000 students
on its campus.
The IISc offers Young Engineering Fellowship Programme (YEFP).
It is designed to enhance awareness and interest in high quality academic
research among young Engineering students through a goal oriented Summer
Mini- Project (SUMP) undertaken at the Indian Institute of Science,
Bangalore.
