: Application procedure
The candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their
typed application duly signed with a recent attested photograph, copy
of mark sheet, caste/tribal certificate and income certificate from competent
district authorities in the following format:
a) Name
b) Father’s Name
c) Address for Communication
d) Permanent Address
e) Date of Birth
f) Whether SC/ST
g) Parents’ Income
h) Name of Institution Course Duration
Presently Studying In (Year) Subjects Taken
i) Performance in Class XII Examination or in Graduation for PG courses
of Geology/Geophysics & MBA
The application duly filled in should be certified and forwarded by the
Head of the Institution.
