The National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh invites application
for admission to the unallocated/remaining seats after CCMN 2018 in full time
regular M.S. (Mathematical Physics) programs
offered by the department of
Basic and Applied Science.
Eligibility Criteria:
B. Sc. with Mathematics, Physics/ B.C.A./ B.E. / B. Tech. with at least 4 Mathematics papers or equivalent with minimum of 60% marks (Gen/ OBC) and 55% marks (ST/SC).
Admission to the above programme will be on the basis of career marking as decided by the Institute. The merit lists of candidates will be done only for the remaining vacancy seats of respective categories after the completion CCMN-2017 Admission process.
Candidates appearing qualifyibg degree final examination may also apply for the above programme. However they are required to submit their mark/ grade sheet showing 60% or 6.5 CGPA (for Gen/ OBC candidates) and 55% or 6.0 CGPA (for SC/ ST candidates) at the time of selection and admission.
How to Apply
The application form for admission in M. S. Programme is available at the institute website www.nitap.in. The application form may be downloaded and submitted after duly filled up along with the application fee in the form of D. D. of Rs. 150/- for ST/SC/PH/Women category and Rs. 500/- for Gen/ OBC categories. The DD will be drawn in favour of “Director, NIT, Arunachal Pradesh, payable at SBI, Nirjuli (09535) or the application fee may be transfer by NEFT to the A/C – 32043127339, IFSC code: SBIN0009535 and enclose the photo copy of Bank transition receipt.
The duly filled application form along with required application fee must be send to the following address. Dean Academic, NIT, Arunachal Pradesh, Yupia District: Papumpare, Arunachal Pradesh, Pin -791112.. The envelope containing the application should be super scribed as "Application for M.S.Programme in Mathematical Physics".
