Important Dates

Applications are invited from candidates seeking admission to first year professional degree courses under the purview of CENTAC for the academic year 2018-19.

Candidates who have already passed HSc or an equivalent qualifying examination and those who have appeared in such qualifying examination during March /April 2018 are also eligible for admission, subject to fulfilling the stipulated minimum marks in the prescribed subjects for the various courses and the criteria for age.

Admission to the first year M.B.,B.S., B.A.M.S., B.D.S., B.V.Sc. & A.H., B.P.T., B.Sc. (Nursing)., B.Sc. (MLT)., B.Tech., B.Pharm.,B.A. LL.B., LLB., B.Sc.,(Agriculture) & B.Sc.,(Horticulture) Degree courses offered by the Colleges run by the Government/Societies of the Government and seats offered by Other States are done by the Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Government of Puducherry.

The candidates of the U.T of Puducherry are eligible for admission in the Govt. Colleges and in seats allotted by CENTAC under the Govt. quota, of non-Governmental educational institutions.

Candidates from other states & UTs are only eligible for admission to

• MBBS & BDS seats to be filled based on All India NEET score/ rank
• Designated B.Tech., seats in Government colleges to be filled based on JEE (Main) score/ All India Rank
• Designated B.Sc. (Nursing), BPT, B.Pharm., & B.Sc. MLT seats in Government colleges based on merit in qualifying examinations

How To Apply :

Submission of Application forms will only be through online means. Application forms along with the Information Bulletin can be downloaded from CENTAC website: www.centaconline.in.

The print-out of the duly filled-in online application signed by the applicant, with all necessary enclosures, shall be sent by post/courier or can be submitted in person to "The Convenor" CENTAC office, PEC campus, Pillaichavady, Puducherry-605014. The candidates are asked to pay the application fee through online means only. Online application fee is Rs.1000/- (for SC/BT Rs.500/-)
