SPIET has become one of the leading institution being run under Sat Priya Mehmia Memorial Educational Trust (Regd.). The trust considers SPIET as one more progressive step towards providing students with world class education. In pursuance of basic philosophy of providing good quality education, which is currently in relevance to the needs of the industry and employing organizations, SPIET is actively offering B. Tech. , M.Tech. and MCA programs, with an extravagant infrastructure. The college is approved by AICTE, Govt. of India and is affiliated to M.D.U. Rohtak

The campus is totally wi- fi enabled, and is having State-of-Art IT Resource centers giving one-to-one access to the students, equipped with latest Machines. A wide range of Application Softwares, Multimedia, and high speed dedicated Internet connection etc. A carefully selected library with thousands of books and publications in Management, Communication, Information Technology & other allied areas, personal development, general awareness, and spiritual values provides relevant research support to the students. college provides a well developed sports complex, a swimming pool, an indoor gymnasium. It also avails “a student activity centre” for students to explore their unknown territories. There is a conference hall and a seminar hall as well for holding seminars for the students and faculty members. With all the basic amenities it also provides a cafeteria to cater the needs of the students. Apart from these things the college owns 10 buses for the convenience of the non-resident students and students studying at distinct locations within Rohtak.
 
 Hostel Facility
There is a proper hostel facility for boys and girls, a well equipped library to meet the academic requirements of the students and a health clinic for keeping a check on the health of the students.
