Girideepam had a very humble beginning in 1975 with a dozen of tiny tots in a room attached to Bethany Ashram, Kalathipady, Kottayam. Girideepam Institute of Advanced Learning (GIAL) established in 2005 is another stage in the progress of Girideepam. It is a college affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University in the Self-Financing Sector offering specially designed courses at the Degree Level and Post Graduate level. The college makes every student competent and confident to live up to the challenges of the globalized world.
