Manonmaniam Sundaranar University - Department of Commerce

The department of Commerce was established in the year 2006-2007 and it is one of the emerging departments in the University. The Department has the legitimate claim and pride of being the premier institution in Tirunelveli for course curriculum development, teaching and researches in Commerce discipline. The rapid growth of the Department of Commerce is reflected in its expansion as well as novelty in its academic programmes.

Commerce Study Circle: The Students of Department of Commerce, Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli formed a 'COMMERCE STUDY CIRCLE' with the objective to interact with the corporate world, exploring various possible job opportunities and broadening the vision beyond academic and textual knowledge.
Library: The library in the Department of Commerce has a collection of over 2000 books and journals covering an exhaustive range of topics in Commerce
Computer Lab: The Computer lab of the Department with latest computers installed with relevant software packages like MS-Office and Tally
Teaching Aids: The Department is equipped with all the modern teaching aids including laptop,LCD projector, smart class rooms etc., thereby providing a wonderful atmosphere for learning
