 A person who has passed one of the following examinations of the university or an examination recognized as equivalent, there to, shall be eligible to join first year (previous) of the M.Sc. course. ; b.    B.Sc. (Hons) examination with at least 55% marks in the aggregate in the subject offered for M.Sc. Course. ; c.    B.Sc. examination with at least 55% marks in the aggregate with Chemistry and any other two subjects at the B.Sc level. ;
  Mathematical Stream: 50 % or more of the seats in M.Sc. (chemistry) shall be filled up by candidates who have passed B.Sc. examination with Chemistry, Mathematics and one other subject at the B.Sc level, with minimum 55 % marks in aggregate.
