Sri Venkateswara Degree College, Anantapur was established in 1999 managed under Sri Venkateswara Educational Society, Anantapur inaugurated by the then Honourable Vice Chancellor of S.K.University Dr.Saraswathi Rao on 14th August,1999. The Primary objective of the college is to provide quality education to the students to mould them into ideal citizens of the country and make them surge ahead with knowledge and confidence to face the competitive world. The founder members of the college want the products of the college to be young men and women with positive character. Sri Venkateswara Degree & PG College is affiliated to Sri Krishnadevaraya University. The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses in Science and Commerce faculties.
