Government First Grade College

The college was established on the 5th June 1968 in Chikkaballapura town by the local municipal council. Later, The College was taken over by Government in 1986 and renamed as Govt. First Grade College. The college situated in the prime location of Chikkaballapura district, imparting the best available education to the rural poor and lower middle class students.

Library : The college library boasts of possessing more than 45,000 books. The college also adds new books in all the subjects which is helpful for teaching. Books are provided for all students and reference. The special bank provides books specially for SC/ST students.
