Jayawant Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Bivrabai Sawant Polytechnic was established in 2006, under the dynamic leadership of Prof. T. J. Sawant keeping the view of tremendous requirement of skilled human resources in the industry and changing global needs. The Institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Govt. Of Maharashtra affiliated to Board of Technical Education, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The society has many eminent personalities from the field of education and industry on its advisory committee, whose rich experience and guidance benefit the society.
Library:The Library occupies a unique place in academic and research activities of the institute. It is perhaps the most important central facility provided by the Institute. JSPM’S Bhivrabai Sawant Polytechnic Library was established in the academic year 2006. The library has good collection of books related to various branches and general subjects like biographies, Personality Development etc.
