Degree in mechanical / Naval Architecture. - AICTE approved B.E (marine engg.) degree is acceptable, subject to specific DGS approval only (with minimum Marks of 50% in the final year)

Based on written screening test and personal interview, academic credentials, aptitude. Written test will be conducted individually upon personal appearance on any working day, and result declared at the same time

Other Details
Hostel stay is compulsory within our campus for the duration of the course. Boarding will be provided at the hostel.; Medical:     Must be physically fit, certified by registered medical practitioner.  Eye sight: within plus or minus 2.5 and No colour blindness (must produce certificate from an eye specialist, ophthalmologist); English Proficiency: The DG Shipping entry standards for the course prescribes that the candidate should have obtained atleast 50% marks in English subject in either 10 th or 12 th standard or Diploma in Engineering course, conducted by a recognized Board or any University
