NICC is the first Indian Institution to be granted membership-affiliation with the European League of Institutes of the Arts (ELIA), the primary international network organization of major Art & Design-related education institutions & universities. ELIA has over 400 Member Institutions on six continents (see Map). ELIA's primary mission is to bring global parity to Design-related education. Affiliation with ELIA confers pan-European & Six-Continent (incl. U.K. & Australia) acceptance of NICC's qualifications by elite Art & Design Institutions all over the world. Also, it is important to note that it is this qualification with its associated Portfolio & Global-Parity Skillset which is the foundation on which NICC students, both UG and PG, have acquired respected careers with elite companies, institutions, industries and MNCs in India
