Sangamner College was established by Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Sangamner on 23rd January 1961 on the auspicious occasion of Birth Anniversary of Netaji Subhashchandra Bose.

Well-equipped laboratories, separate libraries for undergraduate and postgraduate students are also available.
 
 Hostel Facility
The college has two separate hostel buildings for girls and boys.
