1 .	MBA Power Management
	Eligibility Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)/Engineering Degree with relevant industry requirement is acceptable/ B.Sc.(PCM) with minimum 50% marks from a recognized University
	Duration 2years
	Admission Procedure UPES Management Entrance Test (UPES-MET) / National Level Test + Group Discussion & Interview. Students having minimum CAT Score of 75 percentile/ MAT 80 percentile/ GMAT Scores/ AICTE’s CMAT score will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and will be called for Group Discussion & Interview only.

2 .	MBA Shipping and Port Management
	Eligibility Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) Graduation with at least 50% marks from a recognized University
	Duration 2 years
	Admission Procedure Based on UPES Management Entrance Test (UPES-MET) / National Level Test + Group Discussion & Interview. Students having minimum CAT Score of 70 percentile/ MAT 75 percentile/ GMAT Scores/ AICTE’s CMAT score will be exempted from UPES Management Entrance Test and will be called for Group Discussion & Interview only.

3 .	Ph.D. Power Management (Correspondence)
	Eligibility Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology/Management/Science/Commerce/Social Sciences or any other equivalent qualification approved by the Academic Council of the University with at least 60% marks or an equivalent grade from Xth standard onwards. Applicants with more than 5 years relevant managerial experience may be a relaxation of 5% in their Master's Degree aggregate marks or equivalent grades (for instance a person with 55% marks in Master Degree with 5 years or more experience would be considered equivalent to a person with 60% marks but having no work experience).
	Duration 3 years (36 months)
	Admission Procedure Research Aptitude Test and interview by Faculty Research Committee (FRC)/College Research Committee (CRC).

	Other Details Centre for Continuing Education (CCE) at the University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun offers Ph.D in power management through Distance Learning Mode.Candidates pursuing the part-time PhD program need to spend mandatory 7 days (one week) at the campus at Dehradun every semester. During the stay, the candidates will do the library research work, lectures, interaction with faculty/guide and lab utilisation.
