Om GNM Nursing College

GNM programme is meant to prepare general nurses who can efficiently perform as members of the health team and capable of dealing the competencies in both the hospitals and other such organizations. These courses are of short duration which can help you to make career in a short span of time. GNM referred as General Nursing and Midwifery it deals with the education of nurses in general health care, nursing, and midwifery. GNM is a three and half year diploma. Transportation: At Om Group of Colleges, we have dedicated well maintained buses for pick and drop of our students and staff members from different spots in the Haridwar, Roorkee city and neighboring cities. Our transport related services are taken care by the transport-officer. For comfortable travel we allot a proper seat number to every student and staff member.Institute provides transport facility from hostel and also from other parts of the city.All Institute buses are well managed and maintain full cleanliness. All College buses are well maintained and managed by courteous and efficient staff.
Libraries : The libraries are fully computerized and has latest edition of books and journals, magazines. More than 7000 books and journals are available for the students and the faculties. The library halls are spacious, well lit and airy to provide the right atmosphere and ambience for higher learning. the library is fully equipped with modern facilities and resources in the form of cassettes, books journals, back volume of journals it has valuable collection of books on pharmacy.
Computer Lab: With the growing advancement in technology computer skills are must for any chosen field. All machines are of latest configuration and with broadband in keeping with the trend. Om group of college have equipped the computer lab with all the required software including internet and multimedia.
Herbal Garden: Herbal garden has a variety of medicinal plants for students to study the plant kingdom for herbal use and pharmacological study of drugs.
