SI-MET College of Nursing, Malampuzha is situated in a beautiful place near the tourist destination Malampuzha Gardens. It is an ideal place for learning with full greenery and fresh air. The College was inaugurated on 29 th September 2009 by Sri.V.S.Achuthananthan , Hon. Chief Minister of Kerala and the function was presided by Smt.P.K.Sreemathy Teacher, Hon.Minister for Health&Social Welfare department,Govt.of Kerala.
The New building was inaugurated on 26th February 2011 by Smt.P.K.Sreemathy Teacher, Hon.Minister for Health&Social Welfare department,Govt.of Kerala. The function was presided by Sri.M.B.Rajesh, Member of parliament.
The college building has spacious classroom with adequate ventilation and light with Teacher flat form, Multipurpose hall with attractive seating arrangement, Sophisticated Library with internet, Printing, copier facilities,fully furnished computer lab with internet facility, Pre-clinical lab, Nutrition lab, Maternal and child health lab, community Health Nursing lab, Examination hall, Audiovisual lab with Models, charts and Electronic media to help in teaching learning process. library has more than Three thousand books . International and National Journal are available. e-Journal facilities are available.
