The inception of the Bell institute of hotel management (BIHM) began with the expansion of the Bell group into the hospitality industry in 1993. The goal was to provide a dining experience that had never been seen before in the city of Sivakasi. This chain of hotels then expanded to Sivakasi, Madurai and Allepy.
