Remuneration of the telecommunication engineer depends upon the status
of the industry, experience, qualification and ability of the employee.
When compared with the government sectors, private firms offer much better
salary. Depending upon the firm, fresh graduates can expect an initial
monthly salary of Rs. 10,000 and above. With a few years of experience
it may gradually increase to Rs. 20,000 or more per month.
