Presently ranked 16th in the UK for its research, the Management School has a vibrant and varied research environment and collaborates with a wide range of partners and research consortiums from within the institution and externally at a local, national and international level.

The Management School dedicates lots of resources to not only the academic development of students but also to their personal and professional development. Students have full-time access to a dedicated team of careers specialists throughout their course and upon graduation. The School has excellent links with a wide range of companies such as Barclays, KPMG, Procter & Gamble, Rolls Royce and Tesco. Sheffield University Management School offers a full range of courses at all levels, including undergraduate courses, specialist MSc programmes, a full-time MBA and a range of doctoral options.

The undergraduate degrees include Accounting & Financial Management, Business Management, and International Business Management. These core degrees can then be combined with a wide range of other subjects ranging from languages through to information technology or mathematics.

The School also has a number of specialist MSc Programmes, some of which have a very international focus. These include the MSc in Management (International Business), MSc in International Management, MSc in International Management & Marketing and an MSc in Global Marketing Management. Other specialist MSc programmes include: Entrepreneurship, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management, Information Systems Management, Management in the Creative and Cultural Industries and Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

At doctoral level, the School also offers PhD candidates the opportunity to study full-time or part-time in a stimulating and rewarding environment.
