J. T. Mahajan College of Engineering, Faizpur was Established in 1984. From the date of establishment it was affiliated to Pune University, Pune. Later with the inception of North Maharashtra University (NMU), Jalgaon, in august 1990 the affiliation was automatically transferred from Pune University to N.M.U., Jalgaon on the basis of geographical jurisdiction. Our college has been accredditated by National Board of Accreditation of AICTE, New Delhi for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Government of Maharashtra has awarded Grade 'A' to our College

Hostel Facility
Hostel facility is available for both boys and girls students who are far off place with reasonably good mess and canteen facilities.
The Institute has full-fledged T and P cell to look after training and placement activity, which also provides the official support base for placement of final year students in form of arranging campus interviews, grooming students to face the final test of their knowledge.
