AICTE approved Kala Pandian Polytechnic College (KPPC)is affliated to Directorate of Technical Education (DOTE) Chennai. It is blossomed into a full-fledged center of technical Education starting on 2010 with 300 students and 20 Teaching staff with the Principal. The Polytechnic College at present is offering 5 Diploma courses. Our college is situated about twenty kilometers from the city of Theni .The public transport facilities are in abundance. The college owns a bus for the use of the students and the staff.

1 .	Diploma in Computer Engineering
	Eligibility Admission for First Year (Three Year Diploma Courses) - The candidates who pass X Standard or equivalent examinations with Mathematics and Science subjects are eligible for admission into Polytechnic Colleges Lateral Entry Admissions - For lateral entry into the second year (III Semester) of the three year diploma courses, the candidates shall be required to have passed the higher secondary examinations (academic or vocational) of 10 plus 2 pattern, with following conditions. Academic stream candidates should have compulsorily studied Maths, Physics and Chemistry at 10, +2 level. Vocational stream candidates should have studied either Maths or Physics or Chemistry as one of the subjects or study along with the related vocational subject
	Duration 3 years
