Ansar Training college for women

Ansar Training college for women is a self-financing and minority teacher education college established and managed by Ansari Charitable Trust, Perumpilavu. The college is established in 2005 with an objective to create a group of excellent and devoted teachers to contribute their knowledge, skill and talents towards national building process by nourishing a socially acceptable generation. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut and recognized by NCTE. The college is accredited by NAAC with ‘B’ Grade with a CGPA of 2.60 on a four point scale in 2014.

LIBRARY:Our library is well stocked with around 5000 books including dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. 13 educational journals, 17 other periodicals and 5 news papers are available for students and staffs. internet and printing, and photo copying facilities are also available in the library
ICT RESOURCE CENTRE:The main objective of ICT Resource Centre is to enhance the core functions of teaching and learning, research and innovation through application of modern ICT resources and services to both students and staffs of the institution. The Centre offers ICT services and support in terms of internet connection and it is available for the students and staffs for their professional growth. The College possesses sufficient number of Latest computer sets loaded with all the necessary soft wares. The college have the Wi-Fi facility.
EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY LAB: We have a fully furnished Educational Technology Lab,The College has a fully furnished Educational technology lab equipped with LCD television and fully established sound system. In addition to that the lab consists of LCD projector, OHP projector and other modern technological instruments for the effective teaching.
SCIENCE LAB:The College has a well-equipped science laboratory. The College has a well-equipped science laboratory. Science Lab is the scientific source for laboratory equipment, specialty chemicals and science educational products.Our science lab consists of wide range of products in chemicals and reagents, acids and bases, optical instruments, measuring scales, magnets, laboratory glassware and many other scientific supplies, etc….
PSYCHOLOGY LAB: The College has a well-equipped psychology lab.Our institution has established a well-furnished Educational Psychology Lab equipped with the latest standardized verbal as well as non-verbal test and also the required apparatus according to the need of our Training Programme.
LANGUAGE LAB: The College has a well-equipped language lab.The Language Lab is a special classroom designed and equipped with advanced technological equipments so as to facilitate teaching learning process of a language especially a foreign language. Our institution has established a language lab to achieve the aim of language proficiency i.e. to achieve proficiency in the skills of language listening, language speaking, language reading and language writing.
COLLEGE BUS:Our institution runs a fleet of buses in routes decided by the institution to pick up and drop students at designated locations. The pick up and drop locations are specified . The institution will not entertain requests for temporary change of bus or pick up/drop points.
 
 Hostel Facility
Hostel facilities are available in the campus on a first cum first served basis. The hostel mess is non-vegetarian. Outside food is not allowed in the hostel. Students are accommodated in dormitories with facilities like common toilets, laundry, study hall etc.
