Pollachi College of Arts and Science

Through a historic decision made by the college community and Board of Trustees, The Hayagreeva Trust meets 100 percent of demonstrated financial need of accepted students through a combination of grants and campus scholarships. In support of the college's longstanding commitment to need-blind admission, The Hayagreeva Trust makes it possible for talented students from all backgrounds to imagine coming to Pollachi College, and for graduates to plan for their futures based on their interests and passions. Pollachi College of Arts and Science was the first arts college in the Pollachi - Dharapuram Main Road and affordability of education has always been a priority for the college.

LIBRARY: PCAS Library houses over 3000 volumes of books in Commerce, Science and Information technology. The spacious reading area is a peaceful and comfortable ambiance for students and faculty members to pursue excellence in academic activity. Students can take a maximum of 2 books at a time, and faculties are allowed a maximum of 5 books. The open BIBLIO software is used for Library Automation.
TRANSPORT: For students commuting from far and near places, PCAS provides bus transportation.
CAFETERIA: A good canteen supplying delicious food, snacks and other refreshments is available in the college campus.
 
 Hostel Facility
PCAS provides seperate boys and girls hostels. Both the hostels are equiped with comfortable furnitures and more moving space both inside and outside their rooms.The Lushy green fields outside the hostel provides a serene environment to study well. Facilities in the Hostel have been made such that students feel more comfortable and does not feel away from home. A good canteen supplying delicious food is available in the college campus
 
 Scholarship Facility
It is the culture of PCAS to award and encourage students with good academic records. PCAS provides unlimited scholarships for +2 students based on their academic performance. Also to encourage and motivate the current students, PCAS offers scholarship based on their performance in the semester exams.
