The KMCH College of Nursing took its inception in the year 1993 as the first educational institution of Kovai Medical Center Research & Educational Trust. Now, the KMCH College of Nursing is blossomed into a full pledged Post graduate institution par excellence. The college is attached to the Kovai Medical Center and Hospital, which is a 800 bed multi disciplinary super speciality hospital.
Library: The College Library presently has about 5912 Books, 4158 Titles, 48 Journals and Magazines and 3755 CD's. Newspapers and Journals are subscribed for the benefit of students and teachers. The Library has a separate collection of general reference, fictions, Portfolios, newsletters, post-graduate theses, Journal reference, e-library facilities etc…
Auditorium: Three Multipurpose Halls with a seating capacity of 200 to 1000 members are available to conduct Conferences, Seminars, Symposia, workshops and guest lectures. These halls are equipped with the latest audio-visual gadgets.
Canteen: The College is a mélange of students from different cultures and backgrounds. Hence to cater to the taste buds of the diverse student community, the multicuisine provides dishes that is not just tasty, but healthy and nutritious too.
Transport: The College has its own fleet of buses to transport the students to and from various parts of the city. The own transport considerably reduces the commuting hassles otherwise faced by students and staff.
Bank: A branch of the Indian Bank functions within the College premises for their easy financial transaction. It also has an attached ATM that works 24 hours.
