Saintgits Institute of Computer Engineering and Technology Applications (SICETA) offers complete professional grooming for students to a successful career in the IT industry and provides value-based education through a system of wholesome learning. SICETA has professional researchers and well-trained faculty members whose teaching transform minds and facilitate the students to come up with innovative ideas.The MCA at SAINTGITS was started in 2004. MCA Regular is a 3 year programme approved by the AICTE and affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technlogical University. The annual intake for 3 year regular programme is 60. MCA at saintgits provides innovative and well formed education designed to promote and achieve high theoretical expertise and ability to solve practical problems in the field of Computer Science to address the changing demands of the software sector all over the world.

Laboratories: The Computer Science Department is continuously striving to adhere to the mission of imparting Education of high standards and specific skills training to make their students more employable. Laboratories are well-equipped with sophisticated and excellent facilities available to the students on an individual basis. The Department is equipped with six laboratories, each has 32 Dual Core computer systems loaded with dual Operating Systems (Linux and Windows), connected to the campus-wide LAN and on to the Internet though the proxy server and firewall. The network served by high end Linux and Windows Servers running on latest softwares. Licensed versions of all the major program compilers, other front end, back end, scripting, design tools and research oriented tools are available to the students for their regular practice sessions. High Speed Wireless internet facility has also been provided in the campus.
The Central Library, functioning here as an information disseminating centre catering to the needs of students, researchers and staff community has a major role in paving the way for better academic excellence.The Central library spreads over to two floors with an area of 1120sq.m. Specialized collections of Books, Journals & Non-book materials are available in Basic Sciences, Engineering and Technology, Applied Science and Humanities. There is a collection of 45882 Volumes of Books , 187 National and International Print Journals and AICTE mandatory subscription of e journals packages of UG & PG. The SAINTGITS - Central Library has access to e-resources of ASCE Journals, ASME Journals, IEL online, Science Direct, EBSCO. We also have collections of Indian Standards Codes on DVDs. The Library has a collection of NPTEL video courses in the different fields of education.
Transport facility: Transport facility is provided to have access to and from major centres like Ettumanoor, Kottayam,Changanassery,Thiruvalla and Chengannur to college campus. At present, there are 14 buses plying on different routes to help students and staff to reach the college. The students and staff can use the college bus facility by purchasing bus passes from college office for a minimum of 6 months.

The college has separate and secure residential facilities for both boys and girls.
