Established in the year 2002, the KGiSL Institute of Information Management (KGiSL-IIM) enjoys the industry-sponsored institute status sharing the same ambiance and facilities of the sponsors, KGiSL. Internet: KG Campus is the home of Software Technology Park of India (STPI), the premier organization which contributes to 70% of all software exports from India, and houses two satellite earth stations, which provides both International Private Leased Circuits (IPLCs) and high speed Digital Video Broadcast (DVB) Internet gateway connections of capacity more than 8MBps. This also includes a T1 line for non-stop Internet connectivity. The setup is redundant at all levels, including redundant optic fiber channel backup bandwidth of 2Mbps, satellite modems, power amplifiers, and backup UPS.
Transport: A fleet of 20 college buses are being operated for convenience of students coming from different places. Subsidized fare is charged as a welfare measure for the students.
Auditorium: The Institute has a well-furnished centralized air-conditioned auditorium with 300 seating capacity . And an open-air auditorium with a sitting capacity of more than 2000 numbers is situated within the campus.
STD Booth:STD Booth has been set up in the Campus. The students can make the STD / ISD Local calls from the Booth on 24x7 basis.
Pharmacy: A Pharmacy is located in the campus offering medicines, toiletries, cosmetics, snacks, tea & soft drinks functioning from 9.00 A.M to 6.00 P.M. on all days.
Cafeteria:Just like at home: Coffee (and information) when you want it. The 24- hour cafeteria is again a forum for professional dialogue where the student gets to interact with professionals at the KGISL Campus. Offering a choice of food and light snack round the clock, the cafeteria at the campus is home to many of them on the campus.
Hospital: Hospital in the campus provides medical facility for the students.
Bank: In-Campus Canara bank and UTI bank facility is available with Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
