Motivated by the noble desire of equipping the educated youth of the region professionally and activated by the societal needs of the future, the societal needs of the future, the Society established M.M. College of Education in the year 2004 to impart education for the B.Ed. degree course, affiliated to Chaudhary Devi Lal University, Sirsa (Affiliated to Kurukshetra University wef session 2005-06). Manohar Memorial College of Education under the aegis of Manohar Memorial Education Society is prestigious institution has a glorious tradition of being committed to the cultivation of mind, body and spirit and taking an initiative in producing the conducive atmosphere for the development of moral and finer qualities of the students.

The temple of teacher education has a sprawling campus and is housed in a newly constructed double storied, ultramodern building and with well-designed class rooms. It has lush green environment, having aesthetically laid-out lawns and tree-lined roads. We have rich ICT/Language resource center, Science and Mathematics education resource center, Work Experience resource center, Psychology resource center, separate rooms for the functioning of cells/clubs/associations. The college is equipped with all the modern teaching-aids and having all the latest equipments with a view to make teaching and learning effective by providing congenial atmosphere for studies. We have fully equipped Seminar Hall with necessary accessories and gadgets including fitted Public Address System and LCD projector. The total infrastructure consisting of 6 class rooms, Girls common room, guest room, principal office, administration room, library, ICT/Language resource centre, Psychology resource centre, Science and Mathematics resource centre, Art and Craft resource centre, Health and Physical resource centre, IQAC, Guidance and placement cell, IGNOU study centre. The college has been serving the cause of teacher education and offering teacher education courses with the campus area of about four acres.

The college has a separate Placement Cell which is an integral part of the institute. It ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements for placing its students in premier institutions. It also conducts training programs for the students to enable them to face interviews. These programmes include workshops on self esteem, presentation skills, communication skills and mock personal interviews etc. Many reputed schools and institutes send their requisition to the college for qualified and competent teachers .The Placement Cell remains in constant touch with the employers to intimate their human resource requirement. When there are requirements, a mutually agreeable date is fixed for holding interview at the college campus and the candidates are guided and trained for the demonstrations and interviews. Since the inception of the placement cell a good number of students have secured jobs in various educational institutions. Many students have been benefitted through the placement cell by means of their recommendations to various institutions. The request for the teachers is received telephonically or through personal contact. The college takes a prompt action to place its students by contacting them on phone and informing them about the place and time of interview.
