Tagore College of Education, Barwa (Siwani) stands tall as a provider of quality teacher education. The college was established in the year 2007 and is the brightest jewel in the crown of Tagore Education Society Barwa (Regd.). It is located on the outskirts of the city Hisar, just 22 kms from Hisar on Hisar-Rajgarh Road (N. H. 65), in the natural habitat of village Barwa (Siwani).

Library: A well managed library is an essential input to academics; it is always a crucial learning resource for students of professional courses. The library has an important role to play in an educational Institution. It is an essential core element and dynamic instrument for the promotion of educational research. The College library is well equipped with the latest books. It has 17592 books in stock. The college Library has subscription of various International and National Journals. Books are properly classified, catalogued & arranged systematically for the users. Research and reference sections are well stocked. The serene atmosphere and rows of neatly stacked books pertaining to courses of study, supplementary reading, general reading and personality development etc., play a major role in attracting the students to the library.
Information Communication Technology/Language Lab: A college of education has to keep pace with the latest trends in using technology in the field of teacher education. We have in our possession Educational Technology lab with a large number of modern teaching aids, which are used by the members of the staff. These teaching aids help in explaining various concepts and processes, which are not otherwise easy to explain. Some of these teaching aids are film projector, overhead projector, two colour TVs, two DVD Players, epidiascopes, Multimedia projector etc. Apart from these, there is a variety of material like models, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, charts, scientific apparatus and agricultural equipments, which are commonly used for teaching purposes.
Sports Facilities: A fully equipped gymnasium along with facilities for sports and other recreational activities are also available in the College campus. The college has separate courts for major games like basketball, football, volley ball and hockey.
