Axis College of Engineering & Technology (AxisCET), is a private self-financing engineering college established and run by Global Knowledge Foundation, a Trust registered under Indian Trust Act in 2009. The college is situated nearly 8 km from Cochin - Kodakara - Thrissur National Highway 47. Situated away from the bustle of the city, the campus is embraced by lush greenery and is breathtakingly beautiful. The unpolluted, quiet atmosphere creates the right ambience for learning. The college offers B Tech courses in five branches of engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Electronics and Communication and Computer Science and Engineering.
Library: The college has a stacked spacious library accommodating a hoard of books and technical journals both national and international include multimedia kits, micro films and CDs. It consists of more than 8000 volumes of latest books in various branches of Engineering and Sciences. A good number of online Journals can be accessed through ASTM Digital Library and IEEE. The entire library and reading room is well equipped with proper lighting and seating arrangements.
Wi-Fi Campus: In recognition of the need and importance of the Internet in the field of education, AxisCET is a fully WIFI-enabled campus. This facility allows students to access uninterrupted Internet connectivity anywhere within the campus Including Boys and Girls Hostel.
Language Lab: AxisCET Language Laboratory is designed as an aid for students to explore context-free phrase structure grammars for natural language.
Transportation: Conveyance is provided for students and staff in all the major routes connecting Thrissur, Kodungallur, Aluva, Thrippayar, Adatt, and Pattikkad. Additional services will be provided on demand. Staff and students may pay the charge as a lump sum for an academic year or as half yearly.
Canteen: AxisCET ensures homely atmosphere and the aroma of delicious food permeates the air. With the healthiest and the tastiest versions of vegetarian / non-vegetarian nourishments.
Cafateria: The College has a full fledged Cafateria functioning within the premises to cater to the requirements of students and staff. The Cafateria is open from 9 AM to 4.30 PM and serves Coffee, Tea, Soft drinks and vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks of high quality.
College Store: Our Students need not waste their precious time for purchasing stationeries going outside the campus. The college store provides textbooks and other daily need items helpful to their smooth running of day-to-day life.
Hostel Facility
Separate well furnished hostels for girls and boys with facilities conducive to their comfortable studies are available. The men’s hostel is situated outside the AxisCET campus and girls hostel situated in the campus, which serves the warm accommodation and homely food.
