The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in the year 1994.The Department aims at technical and professional competency and also aids in inculcating moral and ethical values. The mission of the Central library is to provide information services and access to bibliographical and full text digital and printed resources to support the scholarly and informational needs of the Institute user community.
Laboratories :Karunya University is equipped with a massive Technology Center with over 30 laboratories.Each laboratory is provided with the latest softwares which will be very much required by our aspiring students.
Department of Computer Science and Engineering has a creditable record of placement among both UG and PG students. Prominent companies like Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Hexaware, IGATE, INautix, Satyam, TCS, US technologies recruit our students for their outstanding performance. As per recent trends about 90% of eligible final year students , who seek a placement, are placed with reputed organizations at the initiative of the Karunya University prior to their leaving the campus.
