Shri Shankaracharya Institute of Technology & Management is the Unit of Shri Shankaracharya Group of Institute. This college was commissioned during the session 2008-2009 with the goal of providing undergraduate and postgraduate education in Engineering and Technology, a close interaction with industry, and a strong emphasis on research.SSITM has grown steadily in size and activities during the last four years of its existence. Library: The Central Library plays a vital role in acquisition, organization and dissemination of knowledge. It has an excellent collection of books, CDs, newspapers, print & electronic journals, magazines; both national as well as international. Therefore, the students of this college are relegated to a feast of the latest and most happening literature in the field of science and technology. It has adequate infrastructure to meet its requirements, has computerized all its operation using software developed in house. For a bookworm or a person who really craves to acquire knowledge, the library, situated in the Advait Bhavan, is the place. The timings have been so set, as to make it convenient for the students as well as the staff to refer and study at their convenience. The Reference Section is open from 8 am to 8 pm and the Issue Section is kept open from 9 am to 5 pm.
