Shibani Institute of Technical Education (SITE) is a premiere Technical Institution imparting technical education and offering B.Tech courses in several branches including Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.SITE is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to BPUT, Rourkela, Odisha. It has picturesque, pollution free and a peaceful campus in serine surroundings, very much amenable to pursuit higher learning. The Institute boasts of experienced and competent faculty and staff to look after the academic, extra academic and administrative functions.

Library: Central Library occupies a place of pride (SITE) SHIBANI INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, BHUBANESWAR and is an essential component of the institute's outstanding research and education mission. It is a most lively place on the campus providing a safe, comfortable and friendly environment that enables learning and advancement of knowledge, and promotes discovery and scholarship. The mission of the Central Library is to facilitate creation of new knowledge through acquisition, organization and dissemination of knowledge resources and providing for value added services.
Transport: Transport department functions in the college with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places. This service is offered ensuring a hassle-free and safe transportation. The number of buses will be increased corresponding to the intake of students.
Health Care: The Health Centre at SITE is well equipped. It has separate inpatient facility for male and female students. The health centre provides quality health care in a comfortable and confidential environment. As efficiency, both mental and physical, is an absolute necessity, it should not only be developed but also maintained. There is an efficient guide who helps each student to explore and illuminate their inner strength with the knowledge and guidance of yoga, meditation etc. The health centre is manned by a medical officer and a healthcare assistant to provide excellent medical care to all the students, staff and faculty absolutely free of cost.
Canteen: The college is equipped with a fully functional canteen to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students. Canteen provides separate seating arrangement for mess, boys, and girls.

Placement Service Available: Training and Placement (T&P)is an integral part of technical / Professional education. SITE plans to have a separate T & P cell with all HODs and an efficient T&P Officer cum Head, to look after the up-coming Training Programmes and Placement activities. The T & P activities covers motivation and boosting, career opportunity, planning Industry Institute Integration (III). Conduct of In-house on job and special Training Programme, Professional Personality development Programme (PPDP), Industry Training Programme (ITP), Job Placements, Almuni Association / Contact innovative steps for T & P.
