Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology (ACET) was established by Akshaya Charitable Trust in the year 2009. The campus spreads across a sprawling area of 16 acres with lush green environment and well constructed academic blocks. It has buildup area of 4,55,694 Sq.ft. The institute is located in the sylvan atmosphere of Kinathukadavu on the arterial NH-209 Coimbatore – Pollachi main road. The campus premises is facilitated with Administrative Block, Main Academic Block-1, Main Academic Block-2, Laboratory Block, Structural Engineering Block, Akshaya Innovation and Incubation Centre powered by Yashika Industries, Power House, Boys Hostel, Girls Hostel, Hostel Mess, Food Court, Amenities centre, Play Ground and Ganapathy Temple.

Journal: Frontiers of Current Trends in Engineering and Technology (FCTET) (ISSN : 2456-1185) is a bi-annual multidisciplinary open-access journal publishes original, peer-reviewed, theoretical and experimental research papers / short communications / review articles of more general interest to engineering discipline. The journal is a part of the academic activity on behalf of the Akshaya college of Engineering and Technology run by Akshaya charitable trust (a non-profit trust).
Transport: A full fledged Transport department functions in the college with 23 buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places in and around Coimbatore
Food Court & Amenity Center: The Students Amenity centre is one of the maiden ventures of which offers a relaxed environment to dine and interact. It is a single storied building complex that houses a Food Court, Departmental Store, Xerox facilities, Boutique and Spa (exclusive for men and women), Consultant Pharmacy, Laundry Service, Fruit Stall and Ice cream Parlour.
Akshaya Fitness Centre: Akshaya Fitness Centre offers High-class fitness Equipment with 16 station multi-gym for the well-being of the students.
Conference Hall: The Institution has two air-conditioned Conference Halls which can accommodate 300 & 600 people respectively, in auditorium formation. In the stylish yet accessible hall you can find all the necessary equipments such as High Definition Video and Audio Equipment, Internet access, LCD Projector, a modern ventilation system and light suppressing Curtains. The rooms are spacious and well lit; the furniture is comfortable and flexible and the decor is simple, yet pleasant.
Temple: The Kalvi Ganapathy Temple is situated close to the main entrance of the college which gives us a promising start to all the occasions and happenings in the campus.
Laboratories: Equipped with all the required experimental setups, spacious full-fledged laboratories and workshops, Akshaya provides students the opportunity to develop and refine their technical skills. Staffed by trained instructors, they are conducive to faculty and students at convenient times and reinforce what the students learn in their classroom and help them practice the same.
 
 Hostel Facility
Provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls.All the amenities are well provided for healthy living conditions. The Boys Hostel has 96 rooms spread over three floors and accommodates about 350 students.
