S. B. Patil Institute of Management (SBPIM), established in 2009, nurtured and managed by Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust. The Trust, which has been in existence in the field of education since 1990. The Training & Placement Cell operates on both fronts. As a part of Training, students are provided with professional industry-focused trainings to build them as “Entrepreneurs” & “Ready to use Employees” and are provided with best Placement opportunities as well. The Training & Placement Cell is headed by Dr. Vinay P Chandratre, supported by Prof. Swapnil Sonkamble, Training & Placement Officer and the students’ coordinators.  The output of the institute is the input to the industry and we express our sincere thanks to our industrial counterparts for supporting us wholeheartedly in generating the value-added industry-focused output for them. We strongly believe in operating jointly through Industry-Institute Partnership (IIP) in developing the kind of management professionals the business-world needs. Our IIP initiatives operate on themes like Corporate to Campus (C2C) where eminent personalities form corporate train our students, Campus to Corporate (C2C) for providing professional training and consultancy to industry, Entrepreneurship development, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and in other areas like Sports, Culture, Meets & Conclaves, Research, Environment Protection, Model village development, Social development, Tree plantation, etc. The students are trained on domain-specific skills and soft skills through internal professional trainers.
