A five-day intensive orientation workshop will be conducted at IIM Indore campus at the beginning of the program.The Program will be delivered through classes held at NIIT Imperia Centres for Advanced Learning.Practising managers of greater experience will also benefit from this program if they wish to acquire a comprehensive overview of all management functional areas, or wish to acquire the theoretical foundations of their practice. Executive General Management Program - IIM Lucknow The program is specially designed for the middle level executives to strengthen the area of their current specialization along with developing a comprehensive view of other functions of management. The program contents will help the individuals to develop a strong understanding of Indian and international business not only conceptually but analytically too. WHO SHOULD ATTEND The program has been specifically designed for managers at the middle levels, with work experience of at least six years in medium and large organizations in the public, private or government sectors. Managers with recognized high-growth potential preparing for general management responsibilities, and those seeking to consolidate their work experience with intense integrative inputs, will find this program beneficial. This program is particularly relevant to first time leaders, project managers and those aspiring for managerial and business development roles in a business operation. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND SELECTION PROCESS Working professionals / Self employed graduates (10+2+3 or equivalent) in any discipline with min. 50% marks (aggregate) with minimum 6 years of work experience post completion of graduation is required.Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of theirperformance in the Program Aptitude Test (PAT) to be conducted by NIIT Imperia, together with the assessment of background and motivation (SOP) based on the application form submitted. PROGRAM DESIGN AND DURATION The duration of the program is One year.The duration of the program is One Year. Each candidate shall undergo a total of eight specialized modules. There will be two compulsory campus visits of three days each at IIM Lucknow NOIDA campus. The first visit shall be conducted in early stages of the program. The second visit shall be conducted in the advanced stages of program. It will be mandatory for participants to stay at IIM Lucknow NOIDA campus to facilitate group activities and case preparations. The program will be conducted once a week delivered through classes held at NIIT imperia Center for Advanced Learning. Post-Graduate Certificate Program in Management - IIM Indore This program, currently in its fifth batch, seeks to equip young managers in the concepts, principles and applications of modern-day management. The program provides a background of the Indian environment, develops essential skills in all functional areas of management, and integrates these through cases dealing with actual applications in industry. The program is a judicious mix between quantitative techniques and qualitative perspectives and has been designed to be of benefit to executives who have recently taken on, or are being groomed to take on, significant managerial responsibilities. The program would draw upon the work-experience of such executives and provide additional knowledge and skills, to make them effective general managers. PGCPM participants typically have around five years of work experience and come from a wide range of industries including IT, Banking and Parma. Companies represented in the past include IBM, HSBC and Wipro. Who should attend?
