Keshav Mahavidyalaya (University of Delhi)

Keshav Mahavidyalaya is one of the youngest colleges of Delhi University in terms of its inception, but is also one of the best off-campus co-ed colleges that has carved a niche for itself by garnering University positions year after year, with 103 university positions till date.  Here at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, we believe in holistic development of the students. This is exemplified by the innumerable laurels achieved by our students in scholastic as well as other domains. The corporate world’s faith in the quality of our students is reflected in the remarkable placements the institution is achieving year after year.

The campus has a beautiful amphitheatre with five pillars symbolizing the five elements – air, water, sky, earth and fire. It is a hub of activity and host to a variety of performances, competitions, street plays etc by students. The College boasts of a well-stocked fully computerized spacious library comprising of two large reading rooms and a separate magazine section. The library has more than 15000 books with new books and editions added every year, a rich collection of text and reference materials and encyclopaedias of various fields. Large number of dailies, weeklies & periodicals are being subscribed by the library on a regular basis. The library also provides reprographic services i.e. Photocopier Service to the users. Internet facility is also being provided by the library. The college is sensitive to the needs of the students of the weaker section
 
 Hostel Facility
Keshav Mahavidyalaya Girls’ hostel provides safe and comfortable accommodation facilities to young girls aspiring for higher education at Keshav Mahavidyalaya, University. The Hostel is located in the college campus surrounded by beautiful lawns and sprawls in an area of 10 acres. The hostel has Principal’s and Warden’s residence within its premises. The day-to-day functioning and the discipline of the hostel are taken care of by the warden. The hostel administrative team includes Principal, Bursar, Warden, Matron, and Teacher Representatives on the Hostel Committee. The Hostel Committee is a Staff Council Committee and only consultative in nature.
